I am a qualified Yoga & Meditation teacher. I run classes in the Kingston upon Thames area. From 6th November I will be running my classes from St Thomas Aquinas Church hall in Ham at 6pm till 7pm. What is Yoga Meditation? A Yoga Meditation class is where you are guided through a class with a combination of breathing, yoga and guided mediation. Yoga and Mediation both reduce stress by promoting physical and mental relaxation. When you’re relaxed, you activate a part of the nervous system called the parasympathetic nervous system.
